Dear Friends and Supporters,
We've
been busy this month getting our Snow-Camp London and Snow-Camp
Graduate programmes under way. We've had fantastic commitment from the
young people participating, and with over 300 young people taking part
in our programmes over summer it has been amazing to introduce so many
new young people to snowsports!
Snow-Camp Excel is due to start
in October taking 20 young people through to qualify as Level 1
Instructors. It's the first time we have been able to run this programme
thanks to a grant from Sport England's Sportsmatch programme.
Furthermore, we are delighted that we will be able to offer one young
person graduating from Snow-Camp Excel the opportunity to take up a
scholarship on the Warren Smith Ski Academy Gap Year course in 2011.

Warren Smith Ski Academy Gap Year Scholarship and Interview
 This
month Elaine, our Commercial Manager, headed out to Saas-Fee to
interview Warren Smith and his team. Warren is one of Snow-Camp's key
supporters and he talked about how he first got into skiing and why he
is supporting a scholarship for a Snow-Camp Excel graduate on his Gap
year course. It was a great few days and Snow-Camp is really excited to

Snow-Camp SNO!raiser Saturday October 9th, Milton Keynes SNO!zone
 SNO!zone
are hosting a pre-season fundraiser for Snow-Camp at their 'Parkstrife'
night on Saturday October 9th. From 7pm until late the slopes will be
set up for freestyle, refresher lessons and coaching provided by New
Generation Ski & Snowboard School, a massive party in the Avalanche
Bar with DJs and an auction with fantastic snow sports prizes all in aid
of Snow-Camp. Book your tickets directly with the SNO!zone on 0871 222
5670 - 4 hours for £35 and 2 hours for £25. £5 from every ticket sold
supports Snow-Camp's work!

delighted to announce that Ellis Brigham have confirmed that they will

SNO!zone Snow-Camp Rally 2010 in association with SCUK

now to the SNO!zone Snow-Camp Rally! It's going to be a really
fantastic event. 3 days - 19th-21st November 2010. Free entry to
participating slopes. A huge party finish with prizes and the chance to
lift the Rally Trophy! It's an epic adventure. Just £10 entry and £250

Snow-Camp Programmes
 This
year's Snow-Camp Graduate programme, which involves vocational sessions
run by ski companies and snowsports organisations for the young people
attending, has had fantastic support from the following organisations:
Snowsport England, SNO!zone, Ellis Brigham, New Generation Ski &
Snowboard School, Natives, Surfanic and FBBB. These sessions form an
important part of the programme so we really appreciate all the input
from these representatives from the snow sports industry.

Snow-Camp Chalet for sale!
 Sadly,
beautiful Chalet d'Or in Les 2 Alpes is looking for a new owner. The
place where the first ever Snow-Camp began is on the market for an
amazing €155,000 for a quick sale. Ski in and out, private garden,
sleeps up 7 people, fantastic resort, all set up for winter and summer
rentals - if owning a ski chalet is something you have thought about
